We focus on the following practice areas:
- Business and corporate law: We strive to remain current on all phases of corporate and business law, whether transactional or litigation. Of particular interest is the area of capital formation with an understanding of the needs and appetites of investors but with a sensitivity toward a company or business’ ability to meet the investors’ demands.
- Real estate law: We represent borrowers and lenders in structuring real estate transactions, both commercial and residential. Additionally, we represent borrowers and lenders in workouts, foreclosures and refinancing activities.
- Business litigation: We have lengthy experience in most aspects of business litigation, primarily in state courts, but involving a myriad of simple and complex issues.
